One Patient, One View: Transforming Regional Diagnostics with ICE

In association with

Tuesday 21 April 2026 - 11:00am-11:45am

This is a promotional webinar, organised by and in conjunction with HSJ; and is fully funded by Clinisys.

Across the NHS, patient test results are often stored across multiple systems and organisations, making it difficult for clinicians to access a complete diagnostic history. This fragmentation can lead to duplicated testing, delayed decision-making, and unnecessary pressure on already stretched diagnostic services.

In this webinar, we will explore how health systems can move towards a “one patient, one view” approach, ensuring clinicians have access to the right information, in the right place, at the right time. Through practical examples, we will demonstrate how Clinisys ICE enables organisations to connect systems across trusts, community services and primary care, giving clinicians access to a complete, longitudinal view of a patient’s diagnostic history

The session will explore how improved interoperability can help:

  • Reduce unnecessary test duplication and optimise demand
  • Improve clinical decision-making and patient outcomes
  • Enable services to extend beyond traditional organisational boundaries
  • Support the development of regional diagnostic networks without the need to replace existing systems

Join us to discover how a connected diagnostic ecosystem can help deliver more integrated, efficient, and patient-centred diagnostic services across the NHS.
